His research areas include antibiotic resistance, resistance gene transfer and control with advanced oxidation methods. Photocatalytic bacteria inactivation. Photocatalytic degradation and mineralization of antibiotics. reactor design.
During his doctorate, he was awarded 2 grants from different EU COST projects. During his post-doc studies, he participated in microbiological and molecular studies on ARB and carries out a national project.
It carries out studies in the field of air pollution and odor pollution. He works in the field of GIS-supported smart city mobile applications that serve the collection and management of environmental complaints (Citizen science). Experienced in Integrated management systems, Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety. He also carries out institutional and academic studies in the field of Sustainability.
