It is the editor-in-chief's job to determine and implement Sciennovation's publishing policies.

Articles submitted to the journal are evaluated with a two-way blind peer-review system. Referee assignment and publication evaluation processes are done by the field editors.


Authors' Duties and Ethical Responsibilities

Articles must comply with scientific research techniques and publication ethics.
There should be no conflict of interest in the articles, if there is such a possibility, this situation should be clearly stated.
Authors should be ready to submit raw data regarding the article to the Editorial Board when requested.
A work under consideration in another journal cannot be submitted to Sciennovation.
Persons who did not contribute to the study cannot be among the authors.
Written consent must be obtained from anyone who has contributed to the study but is not among the authors.


Duties and Ethical Responsibilities of Referees

Referees should not agree to arbitrate on a subject for which they are not competent enough.
Evaluation should be done in an impartial, unbiased and confidential manner.
He/she should inform the field editor when he/she senses a conflict of interest or ethical violation.
He must abide by the time given to him.

The field editor applies the publication principles of Sciennovation.
While recommending the referee, he pays attention to the issues of expertise, competence and experience.
Helps the referee/author by guiding when necessary.
Evaluates referee reports with a scientific understanding and impartiality.

Editor's Duties and Ethical Responsibilities

The editor reviews the publication policies and changes them if necessary.
When choosing a field editor, he pays attention to expertise, competence and experience.
Constantly monitors and directs the evaluation processes, and intervenes if necessary.
The field editor concludes his reports with a scientific understanding and impartiality.
