Sac Metal Şekillendirmesinde Plastik Kararsızlık ve Şekillendirme Limitlerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada
Nakazima testi ile elde edilen Şekillendirme Sınır Diyagramı (ŞSD) bir sonlu
elemanlar yazılımı ile simülasyonu yapılarak tahmin edilmiştir. Sonlu elemanlar
simülasyonunda sınır gerinmeleri ölçmek için gerinim yayılma kriteri
kullanılmıştır. İki farklı anizotropik malzeme, AA2024-0 ve SAE 1006, çalışma
boyunca ŞSD'lerin değerlendirilmesinde ele alınmıştır ve her malzeme için 7
farklı numune geometrisi incelenmiştir. ŞSD 'ler ayrıca, gerinim yayılma
kriteri dışında teorik yaklaşımlar, Keeler, maksimum yük, Swift-Hill ve
Storen-Rice kriteri, ile de tahmin edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın sonunda elde
edilen ŞSD 'ler deneysel sonuçlarla karşılaştırılmıştır.
