Bazı beyaz baş lahana hatlarının kök ur hastalığına (Plasmodiophora brassicae Wor.) karşı reaksiyonlarının belirlenmesi

Abstract

Plasmodiophora brassicae Wor. tarafından oluşturulan lahana kök ur
hastalığı dünyada lahanagillerin en önemli toprak kökenli hastalığıdır. Yoğun
olarak bulaşık topraklarda hastalık nedeniyle %100 verim kaybı
oluşabilmektedir. Kimyasal mücadelenin etkisiz olması nedeniyle hastalıkla
mücadele oldukça zor olup, tarlaya etmenin bulaşmasının önlenmesi, kültürel
önlemlerle birlikte dayanıklı çeşitlerin kullanılması mücadelede en etkili
yoldur. Bu çalışmada 114 lahana ıslah hattının kök ur hastalığına karşı
reaksiyonları test edilmiştir. Her bir beyaz baş lahana hattı 10 tekerrürlü
olacak şekilde P. brassicae’nin ECD
16/31/31 ırkı ile inokule edilmiştir. Sonrasında hatların reaksiyonları 0-3
skalasına göre değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda test edilen hatların
tamamı hassas olarak belirlenmiştir. Dayanıklı kontrol olarak kullanılan Tekila
F1 ve Kilaton F1 beyaz baş lahana çeşitleri ile Clapton F1 karnabahar çeşidi de
etmenin ECD 16/31/31 ırkına karşı hassas olarak bulunmuştur.
