Abstract
One of the most areas of water management is distillation of water in order to upgrade it to the desired quality level as appropriate for its usage purpose. In this paper solar-energy distillation systems and the components that make up these systems is examined and the thermal analysis of a solar-energy pool-type distiller has been performed. Digital simulation has been prepared on a sample model and theoretical results obtained have been interpreted; finally, the design terms needed for making the planned system more efficient have been presented.

Abstract
Suyun kullanım amacına yönelik olarak istenilen kaliteye getirilmesi için arıtılması işlemi su yönetimi açısından önemli alanlardan biridir. Bu çalışmada, bu amaç için güneş enerjili damıtma sistemleri ve bu sistemleri oluşturan bileşenler incelenip güneş enerjili havuz tipi bir damıtıcının ısıl analizi yapılmıştır. Örnek bir model üzerinde sayısal benzetim yapılmış ve elde edilen teorik sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Böylece kurulması planlanan sistemin daha verimli olması için gerekli tasarım şartları ortaya konmuştur.
