Naci Caglar is a structural engineer and a structural engineering professor. His research has involved Earthquake Engineering, Seismic Design, Analysis, Assessment and Retrofitting of Reinforced Concrete Buildings and Neural Networks. He studied as a visiting researcher at the Ohio State University, USA and University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
